Stijn Deferm

Stijn Deferm is principally responsible for the design and development of riese und müller bikes. From his creative well have spring the Gemini, Frog and the still current Avenue models. The university-qualified product designer from Belgium aklso developed the new Birdy (2006) and for this brought in a prestigious iF Product Design Award. Before, Stijn took part in World Cup downhilling and from that had gathered a weath of experience in suspension technology and aluminium design. Alongside cycling and design he also loves travelling, graphics and just "anything that moves".
